One night takes too long. Would you consider shortening the night length?
THIS IS THE BEST!!!
WOWWWW HOW IS IT SO COOL!!!
10/10 from me!
HELL YEAH I LOVE THIS! this really runs smoothy on my gameboy! ten out of ten!
This is insanely cool!! I love the effort put in here, I cannot wait for more updates!!
very well made and i'm not even a horror fan lol
Very well made.
what are the controls? this is really cool by the way
It depends on the emulator used. In browser, it's:
Z ------------ A
X ------------ B
Enter -------- Start
Shift --------- Select
Arrow keys -- D-pad
this is INSANE
props to you for making this
hey so i can put this on gb?
I wish the whole franchise was on Gameboy lol
How did you get the phone call audio to work? I assume some kind of compression tool?
I compressed them with Audacity and exported them as a series of 3.5-second .wav files. In-game, they are a repeating music track that runs through each section of the call.
Smart! I wouldn't have thought of using sound effects like that.
As a person who has worked on a horror game with GBStudio, those jumpscares and the trailer recreation are mind-blowing. Please tell me how you managed to do it without so much garbled graphics.
All the "FMV" sequences are made using tileswaps, with short idles between each frame.
Great job dude, It was a pleasure to share this with the public at the Midwest Gaming Classic 2025!
What are the controls for PC please?
I use Visual Boy Advance.
you can check in the settings for the game
This is so cool, I put it on my Powkiddy emulator and it works so well, this is the way to play Five Nights At Freddy's on the Gameboy, I absolutely loved it and if there is ever a FNAF 2 on Gameboy I'd definitely pay for it.
Also to anyone who hasn't, you should really try the game with jumpscares disabled. :)
ok the only problem I have with this is that the camera moves so slow, now I et you are trying to make a Gameboy style but I have a gameboy and it runs a lot smoother then this, I love the art style I think if you keep doing a little more work this could be a great game
5 out of 10, but it has the potential to be 10 out of 10
This is pretty neat, I hope you get around to polishing it eventually
good work!
i put into a game boy it works
you little weaklings i put it on an real game boy original
version 0.5 is 0.3
could i put this into a gameboy?
Yes, the version is very unstable, leading to errors and bugs, earlier versions are much more stable, but lack later features.
It´s a shame, this port looks very detailed and a lot of potential.
have been trying to figure out the lore behind it
How to play this game on retroarch?
I finally found the way by myself
Does the game have bugs in retroarch?
i put it in a ti-84 calculator rom converter and now i can play fnaf on my calculator lol
I did the same but on the Ti84pce
nice
I wanted to do the same lmao
How do i start
This is very good👍!
screen freezes most of the time when changing the cameras.
